Terms and conditions for Once Per Week Membership

Memberships are not transferable to other FIT4MOM locations outside the FIT4MOM Temple/Belton/Salado® franchise or to other persons. Unused visits will not roll over to the next month. Memberships will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month. Automatic payment will continue until you cancel your membership. Memberships have a 3-month commitment. If you request to cancel within the first 3 months, you will be subject to a $25 early cancellation fee. Members can cancel or hold their membership with a 10 days notice, submitting the Membership Change Form,
before the first of the month. If the Form is submitting within the 10 day window, the subsequent month will be charged and canceled the month after. All membership holds are for a period of no less than 30 days and begin/end during our regular billing cycle of the first and last day of the month. Your monthly dues will be set to automatically start back up at the end of your hold period. If you return before the end of the month, you will be charged the prorated amount. Our instructors cannot authorize hold or cancel requests, either verbally or in writing. Holds or cancellations will only take place for upcoming months. We will not go back and credit dues already paid. You may put your membership on hold for a maximum of 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per year. If your membership is canceled, and you wish to re-enroll, you will be charged a $25 reactivation fee. Clients must enroll for classes via Pike and any class enrollment cancellations must be made at least an hour prior to class time. Any late class enrollment cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $10 fee.
